Who is Definer?

Who are we?
Welcome to the Danish company Definér, where we take you on a journey of beauty, good customer service, well-being and quality over quantity.

Definèr was founded by entrepreneurs Lonni and Robin. We come from different backgrounds, but this is what strengthens our webshop.

Robin is the salesperson who started his career in the service industry and learned about sales and customer service. Over the past 15 years, he has further developed and personalized the salesperson within him. Robin is the SoMe manager who will play an important role in relation to our webshop.

Lonni is responsible for product and finance and is the basis behind the idea Definér. She herself has very sensitive skin and is therefore very aware of what and which products she uses. Lonni is a trained chef. This is where her awareness of quality comes from and at the same time the woman behind the chef, who still wants to be feminine and beautiful. Therefore, beauty routines, after a long day behind the pots, were important for healthy and fresh skin.

Our vision with this webshop is to provide you with the best products that meet our requirements in terms of ethics and respect. All products you find on the webshop are made with passion, craftsmanship and skill. We deal directly with all our suppliers and no intermediaries. We will not negotiate with suppliers who support child labor, poor working conditions or unhealthy working environments.

At Definér, we love animals and our planet. That's why we want to do our best to help take care of it. None of the products you find on our webshop have been tested on animals and the range is carefully selected. They are free of parabens, microplastics and chemicals and live up to the standard that Definér's webshop is built around.
